Duties of a Warrant Officer

Your duties as a Warrant Officer will reside mainly in leadership rolls. You may serve as a technical advisor to units outside of yours but related to the Army. This includes working with the Army National Guard and the United States Army Reserve. You may also be called upon to help in organizing equipment, doctrine and structure in a variety of missions. You will be called upon to command operations for multiple companies at the battalion, brigade and division levels. You may also have to provide personnel with instruction for systems, networks and vehicles.
