24th Annual Ten-Miler

Running for a cause is not only getting to be more and more well known but it is also starting to be more respected and enjoyed. In addition, there are many different positive sides to running in these types of activities which includes that it helps to encourage people to stay in better shape. One of these activities includes the 24th Annual Ten-Miler which took place on the 4th of October, 2008. This running truly was a wonderful way to honor people who where wounded or injured and unable to participate in these events. There were also a great number of people who showed up to this event and helped to run and also to motivate one another. This event took place in Washington and shall undoubtedly take place again next year. This helps people to run regularly so that they can handle the endurance the run takes and also helps to encourage people to stay in shape and love the body that they have because there are some people who where wounded and unable to participate in these events. There was a true show of love for other individuals from the runners and people who participated.
