On October 7th during the AUSA (Association of the United States Army) 2008 annual meeting the United States army will be presenting Quality of life awards. There will be eight awards given and the awards are the quality of life award for communication excellence, quality of life award for best practices, command team quality of life award honorable mention, command team quality of life award, Quality of life partnership award, superior quality of life award for medium installment, superior quality of life award for small installment, and the superior quality of life award for large installment. These achievements have been due to the soldier family action plan and army family covenant for the past year. They have worked very hard to improve the quality of life for many soldiers and more. For many people, there is nothing more important then the people that they love dearly and through the work of these programs they can know that the people who they love and hold dear are having better circumstances and living conditions. With quality of life awards and programs such as the soldier family action plan and army family covenant there are reasons to work towards better quality of life.
