While some individuals may think of the radio spectrum as something that does not matter or others may not even know what it is there are a group of one thousand and five hundred people that will be able to surprise the world in 2010 with their new career. The career will be as specialists in the art of “blinding” and “deafening” by use of the radio spectrum. This is a specialty that could change many tactics and make many more available if there where an emergency because it could be very helpful as an offensive weapon. What this weapon could do is have the ability to protect from threats that are using the spectrum. Col. Laurie G. This is a weapon that could open up many new tactical possibilities when it comes to defending the United States of America.
