A Family Support and Warrior Center located in San Antonio received a boost when $4 million will build a 12,000 sq.ft. facility for families and wounded service members to enjoy during the holiday season. In addition, even more people is expected during the Thanksgiving dinner, as families and service members alike enjoy time together.
The Huffman brothers, talented and professional builders who have been very successful in their lives, have approached the facility and is where the $4 million dollars comes from. One of the brothers, Steve Huffman, was the one to initially ask what the facility wanted and helped to expand their requests into making the location a little someone everyone could enjoy. Each of the service members and families were invited to give ideas, and a number of additions have been added including a grand fireplace, a meditation garden, and much more. For these service men and women and their families, their futures just became a little brighter thanks to generosity.
